How long does delivery take?
Once your link shop closes, your order will be sent through to our production team! All GOWA garments are bespoke, so please allow 5-6 weeks for you to receive your order.
Please note that delivery times may vary during the Christmas period.

Can I customize my own pack?
Yes of course – we have our most popular packs advertised on our website however if you do not see what you are looking for send us a message and we will send you a personalised quote. If ordering through the link, packs have been confirmed with link organiser and changes cannot be made at this point.
How do I place an order
What type of file should we send our logo in?
We accept logos in hi-resolution jpeg, vector or eps files. In order to ensure the best quality products, we recommend using vector graphics for logos.
