We accept returns for stock items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving the order. We will provide further instructions on the return process and may offer a replacement or refund.



For club shop orders, which are bespoke and made-to-order, we can only accept items deemed defective as returns. Defective items must be reported and returned within 10 working days, inclusive of weekends. Please clearly outline the criteria for defects.

If a defective item is returned within the specified timeframe, we will promptly replace it.



Given that online shop items are personalized and made to order, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the event of a faulty item, we will offer a replacement or refund of the order (less the shipping fee).

Please note that we reserve the right to reject goods that are not returned in accordance with the provided guidelines.
